The Method · Self-Coach Principle

Knowledge is your mental armor.

Data without understanding is worthless. An algorithm doesn't feel your pain and doesn't know how you feel today. If you rely only on someone else's guidance, you become remote-controlled – and remote-controlled athletes break.

The „Self-Coach“ principle

Four building blocks. One goal: self-sufficiency.

01

The Biological Matrix

Health, mitochondria, blood values, hormones, metabolic tuning. Learn to read your data, prevent overtraining and maximize energy – including cycle-based training for female athletes.

02

The Training Architecture

Periodization and load management from world-class sport. Understand the „why“ behind every interval – and achieve more with less time.

03

The Champion Mindset

Race tactics, mental toughness and personal development. The mental armor that makes you untouchable in the finale.

04

Sports Entrepreneur optional

Sponsorship and independence from federation decisions. Approach the future after sport professionally – already during your career.

„It'll work out?“ – Why hope is not a strategy

The 3 most dangerous myths in sport.

„My coach handles that.“

A coach can guide you, but can't feel for you. If you don't read your body's signals yourself, you stay a student forever.

„AI writes the perfect plan.“

AI knows the average of millions. But you're not average. No algorithm cuts a diamond – you do that through awareness.

„I just want to train.“

If you don't know why you're doing something, you lose the moment it gets hard.

Frequently asked questions

All about your training.

How do I build my own training plan?

Clarify your goal and current state first, then build volume before intensity – and plan recovery in from the very start. That's exactly what you learn in the Method.

Should I increase volume or intensity first?

Volume (duration) first, then pace. As a rule of thumb, increase volume by about 5–10% per week.

Do I need expensive diagnostics?

Diagnostics help, but they're not required to get started. More important is understanding which of your values actually matter – the Method shows you exactly that.

Can I train with little time?

Yes. With targeted control you get more out of a few hours a week than with aimless high-volume training.
